Call your local police department to file a report as soon as possible.

List Lost/Damaged Items

Take inventory of all items that have been lost or damaged.

Submit to Workdrive

Submit all your necessary items through your workdrive.

Monitor Your progress through your claims progress

Use WorkDrive for hassle-free document submission. Monitor your claim's progress in the Claims Portal, allowing 48 hours for status updates after new submissions.

Allow 3-4 weeks to process claims

Please understand this may take time. We aim to complete claims in 3-4 weeks but is dependent on how quickly the correct items are provided to us.
